Where do my dues go?

Unions like TWU (International & Local) have to file annual expense reports with the US-DOL. There are different forms but the most important one to answer this question is called an LM-2.

Contract & MOUs (Memorandum of Understanding)

MOUs generally they're what we're looking at when we see the "new" "contract". 

Simply put, each time there's a "new" "contract" it's actually just an adjustment or addition of the previous one and they list those adjustments or changes in something called a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)
